All training content, simulation materials, logos, branding, illustrations, and software on TechCeve are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, and non-transferable license to access the platform solely for educational use.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any TechCeve content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Payment Terms

For paid programs or services:

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.

• All fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated by official policy.

• Access may be suspended for unpaid or overdue balances.

7. Certificates, Swag & Fees

• TechCeve’s internship simulations are unpaid learning experiences.

• Nominal processing fees apply for offer letter issuance, certificate processing, or swag delivery.

• Swag eligibility depends on completion of specified program requirements.
  Plagiarized or copied work may lead to disqualification.

8. Internship Terms

• All selected participants receive an offer letter detailing program structure, terms, and duration.

• Completion certificates are merit-based and issued upon meeting stated criteria.

• No employment guarantee, stipend, or monetary compensation is implied or offered.

9. User Content License

If you submit assignments, feedback, or project work, you grant TechCeve a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, review, and display your content for educational purposes or internal analytics.
You retain ownership rights over your original work.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the platform is subject to TechCeve’s Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and relevant IT Rules.
We employ strict security protocols but cannot guarantee total network security.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course concerned.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechCeve, its affiliates, and instructors against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of Terms, or violation of intellectual property rights.

15. Termination

TechCeve may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts of  New Delhi, India.
Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith, pre-arbitration discussions.
